As a licensed real estate broker, Susan brings years of expertise to her profession which include her hands-on experience as a real estate investor and 'flipper.' Her personal experience adds to the value she provides her clients. Susan has lived in Houston since 1975 and expressed an early interest in real estate by earning her Associates degree in real estate. She clearly understands the challenges of living in an area as large and diverse as the Houston market. She has an eye for detail which is critical in analyzing the market and her skill in analysis is further enhanced by her talents as a trained appraiser.
Susan has a love for the Galleria area of Houston and considers that the heart of her home. She is known as the 'Galleria Guru.' As a champion of fitness, Susan sees the Galleria area as an ideal walkable neighborhood providing a large range of dining and shopping destinations.
When she is not working, Susan enjoys running, spinning, and yoga. Additionally, she is a volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Trees for Houston, the Houston Area Urban Forestry Council and Church Ministry Assistance. She is also an avid gardener and enjoys the many fashion boutiques Houston has to offer.
